The studio

A creative and tech studio, built for businesses that don’t have a digital team.

Spherix shapes the brand, builds the tools and runs the digital presence of small businesses in France, the French Caribbean and Quebec. One point of contact, one clear scope, commitments in writing.

Mission

Make a small business’s digital presence clear, useful and built to last.

People size up a business online before they ever meet it. Its website, content and tools say what it’s worth, often before it gets a chance to speak. Our job is to make that first impression accurate.

We build systems rather than one-off deliverables: a brand identity that adapts to every use, a content structure that follows the business, tools that talk to each other. Whatever we deliver should be able to evolve without being rebuilt.

And we stay reachable after launch. That’s what most businesses are really after when they look for a provider.

What we believe

Three principles that shape everything else.

Systems, not one-off deliverables

A logo with no variations, a page with no structure, an automation with no documentation: they’re dead the day someone else takes them over. We deliver work that can keep going.

Clarity before flash

No animation can rescue a muddled message. We start with what needs to be said, to whom, and in what order. Visual polish is there to serve that decision, not replace it.

Always answer

When businesses switch providers, the complaint they cite most isn’t price or quality: it’s silence. One business day is a commitment, not an intention.

How we work

Eight steps, and nothing rests on a verbal agreement.

The full method, the way it plays out on a complete project. It serves a three-week project and a two-year partnership alike: only the pace changes, not the way we work.

  1. Discovery

A first thirty-minute call. Your business, your customers, what’s holding you back today.

  2. Assessment

We take stock of what you already have: website, tools, content, access, risks. You get a written assessment and a clear list of priorities.

  3. Scoping

Scope, timeline and price are set in writing. What’s excluded is spelled out as clearly as what’s included.

  4. Art direction

Two visual directions applied to your actual pages. You pick one, and we refine it together.

  5. Structure and content

The site map takes shape around your customer journeys, then the copy is written page by page.

  6. Production

The work is visible online from the first day to the last. Nothing comes as a surprise at delivery.

  7. Launch

Domain, redirects, analytics, accessibility and speed checks. You get the full report.

  8. Ongoing support

An onboarding session, then independence, maintenance or a partnership: your choice.

Commitments

What we commit to, in writing.

  • Response times

A reply within one business day, Monday to Friday. A security emergency jumps ahead of everything else.

  • You own the code and content

Everything we produce belongs to you. Accounts, domain and access are in your name, not ours.

  • Security and compliance

Patches applied, backups tested, and data handled in compliance with GDPR and Law 25.

  • Accessibility

Contrast, keyboard navigation and screen reader support checked before launch, on every page we deliver.

  • Transparent pricing

Public starting prices, a firm proposal before you commit your first euro or dollar, and no costs that pop up along the way.

Where we work

Three markets, one studio.

We work between Paris and Montreal, remotely most of the time. We can travel when it makes a real difference: a scoping workshop, a photo shoot, a presentation.

France

Call slots follow the French working day. Prices show in euros, and GDPR governs how data is handled.

French Caribbean

Guadeloupe, Martinique and French Guiana are within an hour of Montreal time. Prices show in euros there, and GDPR is the regulatory framework.

Canada

The studio is incorporated in Quebec and works between Montreal and Paris. Proposals are issued in Canadian dollars, and Law 25 governs how personal information is handled.

The founder

Swann Suffrin

Studio Spherix inc., incorporated in Quebec on September 21, 2025, founded by Swann Suffrin.

Technology, design and entrepreneurship have always been part of my life. The projects I care about sit where three things meet: a fresh idea, a clear experience for the person using it, and something that holds up day to day.

My background brings together tech, creative work and business: programming, design, graphic design, video editing, 3D modeling, digital marketing and project management. That’s what lets me handle a company’s brand, website, tools and automations all at once, so you don’t have to spread them across four different providers.

I founded Spherix Studio to give small businesses what large companies get from a full team: a consistent image, tools that talk to each other, and someone who answers.

The studio works with businesses of five to fifty people that don’t have an in-house digital team and want a single point of contact instead of a string of providers.

Depending on the project, the studio draws on a network of specialized partners.

Have a project, or just a question?

A first thirty-minute call is often all it takes to know whether we’re the right fit. No strings attached.
